Terms & Conditions for 1:1 personalised coaching with Suzie Kenny

Acceptance of Services:

You are willing and able to engage in coaching from Suzie Kenny and understand the type of coaching service, the rates you will be charged and have read these terms and conditions.
Rates:

Current rates for Suzie Kenny Coaching are $400 for one 90-minute appointment via online communication platform of choice, e.g. ZOOM. If client chooses to book a subsequent appointment/s they can also choose to add on support options (such as the use of app: Voxer) at an additional cost which will be advised on enquiry.

Suzie Kenny is not registered for GST and therefore does not charge GST on services provided.
Payment Terms:

Payment is due before and up to 24 hours prior as confirmation of commitment to honour scheduled appointment.

Payment may be by bank transfer.

Payment is non-refundable.
Privacy:

All client information and records are regarded as strictly confidential and all work carried out will not be revealed to any third parties unless permission is granted by client.
Security:

While I, Suzie Kenny will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any email, attachment to email and all files in electronic form have been scanned for viruses we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage sustained because of viruses or data corruption. It is the client responsibility to perform all virus checks and scanning.
General Terms

Suzie Kenny is not restricted to working exclusively for any one client during the term of engagement.

The client is required to provide accurate information to Suzie Kenny. If any information provided is not accurate Suzie Kenny shall not be held responsible in any legal, financial, or other liability whatsoever, because of such information.

Suzie Kenny will assume no responsibility for client’s own actions during the term of engagement and she reserves the right to cancel the coaching services at any time if any actions by the client are deemed illegal, immoral, or objectionable.

Suzie Kenny does not diagnose. Coaching is a complementary therapy that may refer to or work alongside other health professionals if given permission by client and is deemed appropriate.
